Ann Coulter’s humor is not for the intellectually weak. She makes a good point. Bobby Jindal’s speech was not up to the task and certainly was not up to the real abilities of Bobby Jindal. It was a bad performance.

Fortunately, Governor Jindal’s speech was on firm conservative ground. However where did that geeky delivery come from? You look at his other speeches and he is articulate and very bright. When I listen to them, he sounds like Microsoft's Bill Gates.

However his speech that night had a style that made his good message sound like syrup—something like a used car salesman trying to pass off a lemon. Most people will start focusing on the delivery if it is bad and pay little attention to the message.

When is the GOP going to wise up and refine the method of delivery? They should have coached Jindal so that his delivery was perfected. If Governor Jindal did not have the right stuff, they should have found someone who did.

The GOP is letting opportunity and carelessness slip through their fingers. And our grandchildren will pay dearly for their bumbling.

I agree 100%...and have no problem with her criticizing his speech. I just don’t see how Slumdog relates to that...

Personally, I think incessant praise for Obama is quicksand.

I really like Bobby. I'm wondering if maybe he wasn't given a chance to write his own speech, but was instead handed something from the RNC and told, "This is the speech you will give".
