Like venison, soak overnight in Italian Dressing to remove most of the wild taste. Bake on elevated rack in pan to drain off excess fat.

Also try it in a pressure cooker on the elevated rack, worked well for me. I always eat what I hunt or I don’t hunt. No trophies for me, except in a plate!
