My analysis: Useless. No pilot can afford to spend ten seconds trying to read an over-busy watch face. Quick, what time is shown on the watch in the photo? ...I'd be scared to wear this watch while driving, much less flying.

As a bench watchmaker for 64 years this watch is proof that:
Some have too much time on their hands.
Some have too much money in their pockets.
Some have too few brains in their heads.
This watch is for (1)(2)(3) above.
This is a pipe dream, I work with reality.
