I propose the government require all new toilets be built with governors that will prohibit the toilet from flushing if more than one square of TP is used. All existing toilets will have to be converted before the year 2011. The converter kit will cost $29.95 but the government will issue vouchers for the elderly and the poor to help offset the cost. It will be called the Sheryl Crow Converter Kit.
I’ll have to get Sheryl Crow’s address so I can send her all of my used TP.
