Whether or not the story "has legs", the fact that numerous lawsuits have been filed and dozens of people have raised the issue constitutes a news story. How many times have the MSM reported, with front page headlines and 24/7 coverage, some non-starter story based solely on allegations and hearsay? They cover their @$$es by claiming that they are merely reporting the fact that the allegations were made. In this case, there are legitimate questions about an issue that is absolutely crucial to our nation's survival. Bring it on, Fox News.
