Frankly, my position is you are distorting the facts because of some personal hatred. From prior threads you hate Phill so bad nothing he did would be looked at as anything other than incompetence. Your summary of the time line completely disregards the opposition he fought. Were you one of the ones representing PP or Tiller? That might explain the animosity.

Yet, he had a good enough reputation as Attorney General to get the endorsement of the Sheriff's Association and was well rated by NAAG.

Also, the cases he dug up on Tiller were good enough to pass the probable cause threshold for two judges, not good enough to pass muster with Folston- Tiller's friend or Clark who Tiller had ties to.

Yet, there was so much venom spewed by you and others that what the true facts were on those cases have yet to see the light of day.

So, JUST FOR THE RECORD, I would have given Kline a fair shot at remaining AG. As for your supposition Tiller would have remained unindicted, it is without fact or merit. What would be for certain is the opposition to him would have remained as intense as ever as would the vicious personal attacks against him.

Also, having to choose between life, pro life Kline, forcing abortion providers to obey the law, and ending the corruption between the abortion industry and the Kansas State Democratic Party...and Sebelius, Tiller, PP, Morrison, Six, Pro Kan Do, late term and illegal abortions as usual and you.....I think I would choose life and Kline.

Hatred is too strong a word I think. Hatred implies fear or respect. Contempt would be more correct. Contempt for a hack politician and an inept attorney who, with all the resources at his command, was unable to come up with charges that would stick. And as a result of his ineptitude, George Tiller kept his abortion practice in business.

Your summary of the time line completely disregards the opposition he fought.

And what, exactly, was Phill fighting? The Democrat governor? The corrupt legal system? If either of those were true then Tiller would be walking free. Instead he's been under indictment for almost 2 years now, has spent hundreds of thousands on lawyers, lost his ability to easily perform his late term abortions, and is fighting for his very freedom. Phill did nothing because he's incompetent. He surrounded himself with incompetents. He talked a good game and said all the right things to all those groups who paid him a fee but in the end he accomplished zero. And why you and people like you think that's something to be cheered is beyond me. Maybe you're the closet abortion supporters and not me.

Were you one of the ones representing PP or Tiller? That might explain the animosity

Yeah sure. If I were defending Tiller or Planned Parenthood then the last thing I would have wanted was Phill to be defeated. If I were one of their attorneys then I would have had a 100% success rate against Kline and his charges. Why would I want to change that?

Yet, he had a good enough reputation as Attorney General to get the endorsement of the Sheriff's Association and was well rated by NAAG.

And bad enough to be defeated for reelection. Twice. Last time he didn't even make it through the primary.

So, JUST FOR THE RECORD, I would have given Kline a fair shot at remaining AG.

And I'm sure George Tiller would have prefered that you be right. Thank God you weren't.

As for your supposition Tiller would have remained unindicted, it is without fact or merit.

Fact is that Kline accomplished nothing when he was in office. The suggestion that he might have stumbled into a successful prosecution is without fact or merit.

And freedom for Tiller, with continued late term abortions on demand with support manufactured by his pet doctor. You blind hero-worship of that boob Kline has placed loyalty to him over an end to late term abortions in Kansas. Thank God you didn't get your wish.
