Well, that tears it. You are not an honest man.

1. “The undisputable fact is that in his 4 years as AG and years as Johnson County DA Phill Kline managed not a single indictment that stuck against Tiller or Planned Parenthood.” You have absolutely no context with the statement. You will not admit the horrendous opposition Kline faced up to and including the millions spent by Tiller and the opposition by the governor.

2.”It is also undisputable that within 7 months after Kline was defeated for reelection, George Tiller was indicted on enough criminal counts to put him away for a very long time.” Now you are using an unrelated fact as a lie. What Tiller was indicted for came from the Kline investigation. Without Kline, there would have been no indictment as there would have been no investigation. Or did you think Morrison and Sebelius would have gone after their biggest contributor?

3. “And that those indictments have not been dismissed or tossed out, unlike Phill’s.” Again without context. Or did you think Folston and Clark's games were above board? Tiller ran out the clock with the aid of corrupt officials. Remember Morrison's office threatening Dr. McHugh of Johns Hopkins?

4. “And it is a final undisputable fact that Phill Kline was badly beaten in the GOP primary for DA and that as a result a Republican holds that office today.” The air is so poisoned for Kline here in Kansas what else did you expect? The press hates him as much as you do. Remember that hit piece on his living arrangements? Or how about the Snoop Kline mailers? The average Johnson County voter likes Tiller more than Kline. Because he was vilified there was no chance for him to stay. Plus, the two who were up to replace him were long time ADA’s here with no controversy. He never had a chance.

5. “More has been done to halt late term abortions in this state with Phill Kline out of office than was ever done with Phill Kline in office.” Like what? Sebelius vetoed the CARA and the Kansas Board of Healing Arts uses aborted fetuses to practice black masses at their hearings. If there is any decline it is because the abortionists have carpel tunnel syndrome from their exhaustive work. Six hasn't done anything. It is up to the legislature now to retry with Sebelius moving on to push FOCA in practice, if not in name, on the national level.

Finally, while you continue to misconstrue my position on Kline on this and other threads, I will say it again. I am not a Kline supporter. I don't know the man. but I can see when someone is being lied about. What I would like are the FACTS without the hatred or bias. You are incapable of doing that.
I did like Morrison when he was DA. If he hadn't taken Tiller's money and shown to be corrupt, I would have voted for him over Kline. But anyone could have seen how Tiller was buying the office and Morrison put himself up for sale. Afterwards it became apparent he was rotten even while he was DA here. But the people never would have known it. That fault lays with the corrupt press.

You will not admit the horrendous opposition Kline faced up to and including the millions spent by Tiller and the opposition by the governor.

And yet that horrendous opposition magically disappears once Phill is out and Morrison is in? You honestly want us to believe that?

Now you are using an unrelated fact as a lie. What Tiller was indicted for came from the Kline investigation.

Completely false. Phill's 'investigation' led to indictments on 30 misdemeanor counts which were promptly thrown out on a technicality that a first year law school student should have spotted. Once in office, if you'll recall, Morrison declined to refile Phill's indictments on the grounds that they were so poorly argued as to be worthless. Tiller now stands charged with almost 20 felony counts. Morrison's indictments were not in any way related to Phill's. In fact, had Morrison proceeded with Phill's December 2006 indictments Tiller would be free today.

Without Kline, there would have been no indictment as there would have been no investigation. Or did you think Morrison and Sebelius would have gone after their biggest contributor?

The facts show that they did. In your conspiracy filled fantasy land, Tiller should have the keys to the capitol. Instead he's facing trial and possible jail.

Again without context. Or did you think Folston and Clark's games were above board? Tiller ran out the clock with the aid of corrupt officials. Remember Morrison's office threatening Dr. McHugh of Johns Hopkins?

Utter nonsense.

The air is so poisoned for Kline here in Kansas what else did you expect? The press hates him as much as you do.

So your whine is that over 60 percent of the Republican voters in the state and two thirds of the Republican voters in Johnson County were so influenced by the press that they voted against Phill in November 2006? And that a similar 60 percent were in the pay of the Star and therefore voted against him in the GOP primary last August. Truly pathetic.

Like what?

Like 19 felony counts against the sole provider of late term abortions in Kansas. You keep on forgetting that in your haste to pay homage to your hero, Phill
