These folk should get Maremma or Mastif Guardian Dogs. They are very effective against wolves. The Maremmas are used in Italy and The Mastifs in Spain.Steel spiked collars are usually placed on the Maremmas, to protect their throats against a wolf bite.

Thank you. this Mareema is an interesting breed. I am going to find one of them for my Mom. She has border collies and aussie shepards that she works. and where she lives is heavily dago. ☺ Those dawgs would fit right in
