This is a total joke. She witnessed Morgan Freeman drinking heavily but she still gets in a car - with him driving. When they have an accident she turns around ane sues him? What's Up With That???
I say they toss the case as she should have been smarter than that. However, personal responsibility is no longer required so she will probably make million$.
