I understand the process. Of course, here in Texas, it would never go to a GJ unless the DA pushes it.

BTW, what is the ratio of No Bill to True Bill? Is there a place that shows that statistic by State and overall with the feral gooberment?

We have a 98 -99% True Bill rate in my rural county. If you prepare your case properly the Grand Jury will usually support you with a True Bill knowing that you still have to prove your case in court.

I have seen a few cases No Billed because of the nature of the case and / or the Jury understood that due process was the only reason it was presented to them in the first place and they had the power to put it to bed for good.

I have never had a No True Bill on one of my cases to date
