The capital city's 61st homicide investigation centered on a man who was fatally shot while allegedly attempting to break into a vehicle.Put me on that jury and the shooter will walk - this isn't "homicide"; it's protection of ones' property. In my book, the SUV is worth far more than the deadbeat thief that tried to steal it.
