Do you really want to start a war? Palin is my favorite, but I like Jindal too. Let’s give it some time and see how things play out before we tear down the top conservative contenders.

The poster has only posted Jindal favored threads, and only posts in Jindal favored threads.
We may have our first real Jindal troll.

I pretty much agree with your position. Palin was set up in a number of ways. The media went into an insane feeding frenzy, and she had to stay on script for McCain rather than being herself even while knowing the media would take anything she said out of context. I don't think that her incoherent answers (and she did have some) are a sign of a lack of intelligence. Given what I've seen from her when she's herself, the poor showings were far more likely due to a combination of edited interviews and trying to balance the McCain view with her own view under pressure and knowing that she was sitting across from reporters who hated her, hated her baby, and hate God.
As for 2012, I'm hoping Palin will earn the nomination in 4 years. Like you though, I want her to earn it.

So, if Jindal came out of the box chastising the democrats and calling obamma on his pork bill, demanding that those who created the housing downturn be dragged on the carpet etc. he would be praised as a shinning knight? He'd be crucified by the media friend. He made his point and if people would actually have listened they would have discovered his bottom line message. Only Americans can fix this crisis, not the government. Gov Palin is still in the lime light and will be a major player for our party for many years to come. We all need to get a set of cajones and confront these socialistic plans from the left.
Even here in san antonio, we have had a fight to prevent toll roads on roads that have had the funds set aside already for improvement and yet Texas Dept of Trans. has told us that if Perry accepts some of the stimulus for road improvement, it can only be used on the construction of toll roads. (sorry,I need to rant a bit this morning)
