I know what you mean. I wish there was a way to block “it’s all about me” vanities from people too lazy and self-important to simply skip posts they don’t wish to read.

Such vanities make the “FR experience” less enjoyable. But on a one to ten scale, even with stupid vanities, FR rates a solid 9, just below orgasm. So I just force myself to GET OVER IT.

You should take on the burden of evangelizing those Lipoproteins. Get them to recognize that even if it is bound to LDL it is still cholesterol. They will come around eventually. Remember to point out to them that no matter what you call the particle it is still the presence of Apo B that makes it a particle. In the end all three particles are the same person. They will see it.
