Seven Samurai may be his best film. Dersu Uzala is hindered by the awful 1970s era Soviet film technology that was used for it. But its clear where Lucas got Yoda.
So it’s your contention that Hollywood goes out of its way to celebrate, promote, and congratulate itself on its fostering of American values?
Yes...all the boys would come into school on Monday morning doing their best Jerry Lewis impressions.
And Jerry never had to resort to a dirty joke to get laughs.
Good clean fun!
OK that does it ... I’m cutting this to a personal level .. as you Don’t know what you’re talking about.. Shut up for a second.. Some of the people in that theatre tonight.. ARE FRIENDS OF MINE and are just as Conservative as MOST IN THIS ROOM... now.. your broad brush makes you just as disgusting as the Scumbag Liberals you are WHINING ABOUT.
Turn your computer and go read your BIBLE.. you’ve apparently missed something... or is this where you tell us We’re going to HELL because we go to MOVIES?? EXCUSE ME SIR, I go to MOVIES ...and even WORSE ...
I MAKE MOVIES. I am not LIBERAL, nor am I GAY, but I’m trying to change things from the INSIDE.. I CANT DO IT with MEAN, UGLY individuals like you fighting what I’m trying to do...
A lot of country singers are bad and live in sin so the whole thing is bad. That makes all country music bad and godless.
You joined us.
I thought Miley Cyrus looked adorable.
Oh, yes—Yoda! I never thought of that. You’re right.
Disruptors want you to respond and be disrupted. I finally stopped replying to him. Let him talk to himself. Idiocy is it’s own punishment.
There’s plenty of book awards they just don’t have the attention paid to them that film and music awards do for the obvious and sad reason that people don’t read as much anymore. But the Grammys give out awards to Country, Gospel, Classical and tons of other stuff. Most of which isn’t televised.
Lewis was great to see. His body and health are failing, but his spirit is strong. I am impressed that they included his MDA work in his tribute. Very touching.
S-Dog best score. Picking up the bones tonight.
Her dress was gorgeous.
WALL-e was sooo cool. The rest of them in Hollywood can rot for all I care.
He was on Letterman a few months ago and interesting. Mind still sharp, but he needs time to say what he wants to say.
I will read who won on the internet later. I refuse to raise the ratings for a spectacle full of degenerate America haters. No thanks, but those who can stomach it, enjoy.
Alicia texted me from back stage. She wants to have my baby.
Thanks for checking in!
I am always heartened by those (like Dick Clark and now Jerry Lewis) who still perform...even with their difficulties. I think it is inspirational.
I can’t wait to see S-Dog.
Marisa DID look a lot different than I remembered her ... and better.
