Actually 10 per my scorecard. One to an actor out of the four.
James has her long record, but she should be thankful for the movie.
I’ll have to do that, yes, because what I know about her, and admittedly it isn’t much, has been rather annoying. Cheers.
This is moronic.
LOL. It’s sad but the thread IS more entertaining than the show.
Well I guess monitoring this thread to find out the results was not such a good idea.
They just gave an award to the dead heroin addict.
Depraved, disgusting, decadent Hollywood at its worst.
But no surprises here.
Joker for best supporting. Family accepts the award. Poeple from 6 states give it back. LOL!
Most of the 10 were technical, however Slumdog foe adapted screenplay and Milk for original screenplay and Wall-E for best animated along with Cruz and now Ledger for supporting.
He was great in that film. Just about everyone here thought so.
He was good in the movie. In the supporting categories, they’re all good.
Heath Ledger deserved that award. His performance was incredible.
Ledger seems to have been a stone cold lock, given the story.
To each his own.
So true. Thank you. I want to kick liberalism out of movies, not kick out movies.
Too many Freepers don’t acknowledge the long loyal heritage movies have had. We are the envy of the world for our cinematic feats.
I am shocked that an actor would take drugs or drink. This must be the first one in history to die from it.
I am rooting for Slumdog Millionaire and Heath Ledger’s performance in the Dark Knight. I am kind of bummed Australia wasn’t nominated for anything, because I thought it was a great movie.
Easy vote, they think every one else has another chance.
Just to make the remaining 1% mad. Bill Maher.
