Obama would only hear of the teabags in passing. He couldn’t care less. His staff would dispose of them without a thought.
The thing people aren’t getting is that this guy doesn’t CARE what people think. Don’t bother asking him to listen. He has an agenda, and it will be pushed through as quickly as possible.
