Oh, okay I see. The headline said 'rape', but I missed how he is being charged with 'sexual conduct'. Kind of a criminal charge involving sex. And since he was perverted enough to take pictures, a child porn charge as well. I see now, this wasn't really termed a 'sexual assault'
