OK, OK - yes, I will not see it and I grant you, it may have some small value but after watching some clips during last night’s Oscars, watching two guys swap spit isn’t my idea of value - yeah, I know it goes on and you could say my opinion isn’t very sophisticated but I could get the “message” of the stupid movie without all the extra-curricular activity. MHO...
It is a study in how gay activism came to power in America, and my impression is that it would have gotten along much further if it had not been for HIV/AIDS. Just from that perspective, it is worth seeing. But I don't blame any straight guy for looking away during the "icky" scenes!
