Anyone getting a 100% loan/value loan.. stupid.

It is not about the 100% thing. Who cares what the % is if you can afford it? I bought my first house and with a just over 60k salary I was preapproved for around 300k!!!! Totaly insane. But I had no problem paying on a 100k house, which I bought. It is not about what % you put down it is about how big the payment is as a fraction of your income and income potential.
