Webb is obviously a contradictory personality. He’s hard to figure, especially if you’re familiar with all his history. The article/post are about a very narrow topic, not Webb’s politics.
Webb also supports amnesty and our pro-population growth immigration policies. One out of every ten Virginians is now foreign born and that number continues to increase. By 2050, one in every five residents of this country will be foreign born—and that is without an amnesty. How much of our founders’ values and culture will survive this onslaught that will increase the population of the US from 305 million today to 439 million by 2050? Will urban sprawl hurt these “pristine” areas?
Yep. Even a politician that I disagree with a majority of the time can still do laudable things.
