I’ve long felt that was a dry run . . . to wake people up and introduce the idea of getting prepared for such . . . from one perspective
. . . and from the other perspective . . . to snooker folks into the “cry wolf” problem.
though there are some convincing reports that lots of hard work was done in time to prevent problems.
Maybe this is a dry run.
Face it, if they were really going to do this, they would find some better players. Obama’s too weak to do anything.
