Decent price for a Nagant (plus shipping plus transfer fee if you don’t have C&R license)

Being that I live in NYC, would I be able to go to a Brooklyn gun shop, see if the guy would do the transfer for me, then if he agrees, I’d be able to get a C&R firearm without having to register it as a golf club?
