WRONG. They have a great lobbying staff that utilized their PR staff. They did everything right for their bottom line. They got numerous states to mandate this vaccine while they still held the sole patent on it.
I worked in PR/Lobbying for over 20 years and prior to that was a legislative reporter, I've seen the good the bad and the ugly. I know a good/great lobbying/PR campaign when I see one and this was a classic.
