"First thing is term limits."

I SO believe in that concept and have promoted that and limited Congressional sessions for years. However, the USSC found federal term limits un-Constitutional. So, it would take a Constitutional Amendment to affect such change, as it did for Presidential terms after FDR. I'm all for working for that, but I doubt it will ever happen since it needs 3/4ths of the States to approve an Amendment.

Hell, I'd be happy just to limit their time in session. Think how much less damage they could do. Without pulling out my Constitution, I believe that could be passed by Congress itself. As if that's going to happen.

On this day and age, all you would have to do is litmus test it and select candidates who are for it. In debates, bring up all the mess and say that is why we need candidates who believe in it.
