Most likely the boy he raped was an anchor baby or perhaps the boy of legal immigrants. Most of these heinous crimes take place within “the community”. That’s why legal Hispanics should be in the forefront of those who demand deportation of illegal aliens
Operation Wetback worked during the Eisenhower Administration, and if instead of an amigo of the open borders crowd, we’d had a President with some stones to enforce the law over the past eight years, we could have been deporting millions of illegals each and every damn year, instead of letting them rape, rob and murder REAL American citizens.

I never could understand what is so adorable about illegal aliens - all of whom are eager to break out laws as long as it benefits them - that they should be rewarded with amnesty and other perks.
