Would love her insights.

The ACER ASPIRE is a tiny thing but very servicable.

It might be that you could do a large font display and she could scroll through it. . . .it has wifi and could hook up to a wireless feature on a modem . . .

We have a Qwest DSL modem that has a wireless route.

I say the small one might be useful for her as it’s not too huge for an invalid’s lap. It does get warm on the bottom, though, like all laptops. You might need a kind of hard surface . . . like a small plastic cutting board for it to sit on in her lap.

Please let me know what she says about all such. I treasure the wisdom of such years.

thanks. I will try to do something this month

I put the laptop on her tummy now & then & let her see slide shows of the various events I shoot.. in a way she can be there.

Had a couple hundred show of her sister’s funeral this summer

my dog walks, other family events. my numerous outings here & there

She has recently lost the remainder of her hearing & communication is more difficult. (write it out)
