The object was spotted by the pilot of Olympic Airways flight 266 from Athens, and the sighting was corroborated by staff at Athens Airport and a nearby Greek air force base. Pilots of two other passenger jets also reported seeing the body.The eyewitnesses described it as looking like a large star, although it was moving erratically and constantly changing shape.Two fighter jets were sent to investigate the sighting over the Greek capital in November 2007 but the object shot up into the sky and vanished before they could get a clear view.

I personally knew John Schussler, the man who wrote the book on the Cash-landrum case. A very accomplished aerospace figure, who retired from Boeing to become the head of MUFON for several years.
I have met far too many stable and well-grounded people to believe they’re all nutty little moonbats drinking too much Red Bull and spazzing out over a plane in the sky. Whatever things people see and document out there, at least some (a ‘residue’ as Hynek deemed it) are not pedestrian things.

Apollo 11 Armrstrong “These babies were huge, sir!”
Neil Armstrong and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin saw UFOs shortly after landing Apollo 11 on the moon. The following conversation was picked up by ham radio operators that had their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA’s broadcasting outlets. At the time this happened, live television broadcast was interrupted for two minutes due to a supposed “overheated camera”, but the transmission below was received by hundreds of ham radio operators.
According to Otto Binder, who was a member of the NASA space team, when the moon-walkers, Aldrin and Armstrong were making their rounds some distance from the LEM, Armstrong clutched Aldrins’s arm excitedly and exclaimed:
Armstrong: What was it? What the hell was it? That’s all I want to know!

Apollo 11: These babies were huge, sir!.... Enormous!... Oh God! You wouldn’t believe it!....I’m telling you there are other space-craft out there…lined up on the far side of the crater edge!...They’re on the Moon watching us!
In 1979 Maurice Chatelain, former chief of NASA Communications Systems confirmed that Armstrong had indeed reported seeing two UFOs on the rim of a crater. “The encounter was common knowledge in NASA,” he revealed, “but nobody has talked about until now.”
Maurice Chatelain also confirmed that Apollo 11’s radio transmissions were interrupted on several occasions in order to hide the news from the public.
Soviet scientist were allegedly the first to confirm the incident.
According to an Associated Press story of July 20, 1969 published in the San Bernanardino Sun-Telegram, the astronauts sighted eerie lights inside a crater near the point on the Moon where their lunar lander was due to touch down the next day.
On their first sweep around the Moon, Armstrong described a mysterious bright light on the inner wall of the crater Aristarchus, located north of their flight path. “It seems to have a slight amount of florescence to it. The area in the crater is quite bright.” He reported. “That area is definitely brighter than anything else. I can see. There doesn’t appear to be any color involved in it. It looks like an eerie sight,” confirmed Aldrin.
Two astronauts who broke rank are Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper on The Oprah Winfrey Show on July 19, 1991. Mitchell hinted that all information regarding UFOs has not been released, saying, “I do believe that there is a lot more known about extraterrestrial investigation than is available to the public right now (and) has been for a long time. It’s a long, long story. It goes back to World War II when all of that happened, and is highly classified stuff.
On Dateline NBC in 1996, Mitchell was even more candid, “I have no firsthand experience, but I have had the opportunity to meet with people from three countries who in the course of their official duties claim to have had personal firsthand encounter experiences with extraterrestrials.”

NASA Astronauts and UFO Sightings
Cooper's sighting was reported by the National Broadcast Company, which was covering the flight step by step; but when Cooper landed, reporters were told that they would not be allowed to question him about the UFO sighting.
Major Cooper was a firm believer in UFOs. Ten years earlier, in 1951 he had sighted a UFO while piloting an F-86 Sabrejet over Western Germany. They were metallic, saucer-shaped discs at considerable altitude and could out-maneuver all American fighter planes.
Major Cooper also testified before the United Nations:
"I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets... Most astronauts were reluctant to discuss UFOs."

That Apollo 11 “incident” never happened, it’s a well-known fraud.
My understanding is that some of the astronauts
disclosed . . . then either were threatened or got cold feet and denied.
Some have come out more recently and reaffirmed the events.
I don’t know in this particular case.

If the cool-headed characteristics of both Buzz and Neil (particularly the latter) during their flying and spacing days aren’t enough, check out the Apollo transcripts; since that time, Buzz has pointed out in interview that a jettisoned chunk of their own vehicle has been mislabeled a UFO by some.
It is true that “Gordo” Cooper repeated his account of an experience he had in the 1950s. Mitchell has his new-age institute, but doesn’t claim to have had any close encounters himself, and to his credit doesn’t overstate this issue. The Mercury missions had some encounters with the astronaut’s own pee glittering around the spacecraft (the best anecdote I’ve seen is the John Glenn mission simulation in the movie version of “The Right Stuff”). John Glenn himself did a send-up of this whole train of discussion in his guest appearance on the TV show “Fraser”.

I have FAR more confidence and trust in a bunch of ham radio operator yea-hoos than I do the whole of the NASA hierarchy.
An acquaintance has seen plenty of UFO stuff with NASA logos etc. on it.
Even ham radio operators who don’t exist?
I haven’t done a survey! LOL.
It’s not an issue I’ve investigated very deeply.

Our reaseach shows 99.97% of the worlds population does not understand how a CCD camera works that NASA used to take the photo’s so how could they ever understand how to debunk them, by the way the photo’s are 100% REAL.
