The object was spotted by the pilot of Olympic Airways flight 266 from Athens, and the sighting was corroborated by staff at Athens Airport and a nearby Greek air force base. Pilots of two other passenger jets also reported seeing the body.The eyewitnesses described it as looking like a large star, although it was moving erratically and constantly changing shape.Two fighter jets were sent to investigate the sighting over the Greek capital in November 2007 but the object shot up into the sky and vanished before they could get a clear view.

UFOs active over 10 states

A Virginia man watched a silent and low flying triangular-shaped UFO with seven lights on March 7. A Connecticut man and his sister witnessed a bright light UFO at the tree line zigzagging in the sky on March 3, then saw it shining a light to the ground for about 40 minutes before disappearing. Twenty minutes later a triangular-shaped UFO arrived at the tree line - and then a third object appeared. In California on March 5, a witness watched two white orbs moving in the sky - then saw three jets scrambling toward them, a transport helicopter and two black helicopters followed.

Other reports from around the country include bright light reports from NY, IA and AZ; four clusters of orange lights over AZ, a sonic boom heard over NV, a traingular-shaped UFO over FL, a strange hovering craft with wings over PA, four lights over TX, and two bright balls of lights over CA and FL.
