Fighter jets scrambled after UFO follows plane over Athens: jets were scrambled to intercept a UFO

The object was spotted by the pilot of Olympic Airways flight 266 from Athens, and the sighting was corroborated by staff at Athens Airport and a nearby Greek air force base. Pilots of two other passenger jets also reported seeing the body.The eyewitnesses described it as looking like a large star, although it was moving erratically and constantly changing shape.Two fighter jets were sent to investigate the sighting over the Greek capital in November 2007 but the object shot up into the sky and vanished before they could get a clear view.

May 2, 2008 Decatur, Alabama - On Saturday, April 26, TV stations in Huntsville and Decatur, Alabama, broadcast news about dozens of people the night before on Friday, April 25, who called Decatur police and fire departments about strange lights in the Decatur sky around 11 PM. Strangest of all was what happened over on 8th Street at the Brookhaven Middle School’s Aquadome parking lot. Police cars and fire trucks on the ground and at least three military helicopters in the air were all concentrated on a single ambulance that had a stretcher outside its open doors. On the stretcher was a 3-foot-diameter sphere that looked like a glistening pearl.

So, I slammed on the brakes and my car started spinning out of control. There were no other cars and I got out and was looking in the sky. I was also on the phone with Zack and I was yelling at him to get under his bed, to take cover, because a plane was about to crash. Then, all of a sudden, whatever I was seeing, it just stopped in the middle of the air. And it never was making a sound. I don’t know if it changed shape, but it definitely got brighter. Those two lights that were on it changed to one huge, big, solid, complete circle of light and it was blinding bright.

the helicopters had already landed. The fire trucks were in the middle of the road, so we parked in a driveway and jumped a fence. We were sitting there watching from beside an apartment that was so close, I was within fifteen feet of the action. A helicopter was on the ground in the Aquadome parking lot and it was a Med Fly helicopter (from Huntsville, not Decatur). There were at least two more helicopters in the air.

Not only that, there is one hospital in Decatur and it’s called Decatur General and it has a Med Flight on top of it. But what’s weird is that the Med Flight helicopter did not come from that hospital. It did not come from that direction and it did not have Decatur Med Flight on it.

There was also an ambulance and the back of it was facing the road and a stretcher behind the ambulance. I made sure to look at that stretcher because I knew at that point it was either going to be something that I saw in the air; or it was going to be somebody who got hurt.

On the Med Flight stretcher, the best I can describe it is a giant pearl - a shiny, white sphere. It looked like the color of a diamond and a pearl – I mean, it was really bright, reflected light. Two guys were there looking like they were dusting on it or doing something.

August 30, 2007 Albuquerque, New Mexico - According to the December 1974 issue of Astronomy magazine, “The two stars that comprise the Zeta Reticuli system are almost identical to the sun. Each is classified as a G2 star, the same as our sun. They are the only known examples of two solar type stars apparently linked into a binary star system of wide separation. Zeta 1 is separated from Zeta 2 by at least 350 billion miles - almost one hundred times the sun-Pluto distance. The two suns probably require at least 100,000 years to orbit their common center of gravity. The binary stars are in the constellation Reticulum (The Net), which is 37.5 light years from our solar system. Reticulum is visible from Earth's Southern Hemisphere. Both Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 are prime candidates for the search for life beyond Earth. According to our current theories of planetary formation, they both have a retinue of planets something like our solar system.”

In that December 1974 issue of Astronomy was a 15-page article entitled “The Zeta Reticuli Incident” by astronomer and author, Terence Dickinson. His article began:

“A faint pair of stars, 220 trillion miles away, has been tentatively identified as the ‘home base’ of intelligent extraterrestrials who allegedly visited Earth in 1961. This hypothesis is based on a strange, almost bizarre series of events mixing astronomical research with hypnosis, amnesia, and alien humanoid creatures.

S. amateur astronomer Marjorie Fish began to compare Betty Hill's drawing to stars in the local neighborhood of the Earth, she discovered a match which included Zeta Reticuli 1 and 2. Betty Hill said those two stars were the starting point of trade routes shown with multiple lines in graphic below and that our sun (yellow arrow) was at the end of one supposedly regular trade route.

I met two men in 1985, who claimed to have government insider knowledge about an extraterrestrial civilization in the binary star system, Zeta Reticuli, 37.5 light-years from Earth. One man was retired in Washington, D. C., and the other continued government assignments in the southwest. Both said they had worked for a secret group, which continued from the MJ-12 (Majestic Twelve) of the Truman Administration in the 1940s. The men also claimed some knowledge about other non-human types referred to simply as "Greys," or "little guys," which they did not trust.
Other categories of alien life forms that confused the situation even more, they said, were biological androids that ranged widely in appearance from insects to humanoids designed by their makers for various planetary tasks. In the 1990s, Sherman said MJ-12 had evolved to a different letter number code that began "E2" - perhaps related to an alleged black budget military organization with the Defense Department called E2SCD, the Extraterrestrial Space Command Directorate. I asked Sherman if he had personally seen non-human technology.
"I've held an Eben communicator that's called the Yellow Book - I guess because the letters and words look like yellow light. The book doesn't have any pages. It's a rectangle about fifteen inches by nineteen inches. If you saw it laying on a table, you would think it was a flat piece of plastic with a light grey metallic sheen. But when you pick it up in your hands, the words start appearing and they are a yellow color. You move your eyes along as the words appear and they just keep coming as you read. Once you get to the bottom, the next page starts, followed by the next page, and the next page over and over on the same surface. I don't know how it works.
"When you turn it over, there are 3-D holographic photos or some kind of imagery that seems to pop upward in the air. You're supposed to be able to control the sequence by knowing how to move the book at different angles. I was told the Ebens know how to capture time and play it back in 3-dimensional images. There are actual manuals about how to hold it to read and see the images. But I didn't have any instruction, so in the hour I held it, I learned only a few things.

"When you turned it to the back, you could see holographic-like projections of images come out into the air that related to where you were reading on the front side?"

"Were the pictures related to where you left off in the words?"
"Not really. You have to have instructions. I didn't know at what angle to hold it. I just played with it and saw different pictures not necessarily related to what I had already read. Now if I had a chance to read it again, I understand there is a pattern you start with and keep moving in different patterns to project images about what you are reading."

"The Ebens gave it to us back on April 25, 1964, when they landed at White Sands for a prearranged meeting and stayed for awhile. The day before when police officer, Lonnie Zamora, saw a craft and beings near Socorro was a coordination mistake of some kind. The Ebens landed twelve hours too early and too far west. We got it corrected somehow and they returned around 6 AM the next morning to the right place (at Trinity Site in northern end of White Sands). By the way, Zamora drew those Eben symbols perfectly."

We also had a decoy hangar set up at Holloman AFB just in case there was a leak. They had a disinformation program to draw people's attention to Holloman when in actuality, the landing was further north. After the Ebens landed in one of their egg-shaped ships, they had devices that looked like large wands. A wand was handed to our commander. When he spoke into the wand, the Eben language came out in another wand held by one of the Ebens. When the Eben spoke into his wand, English words came out of the wand the commander was holding, sort of like a loud speaker."

AH-1W SuperCobra Helicopters and Glowing Sphere

September 23, 2008 Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina - Recently I received an email from a U. S. Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune, near Jacksonville, North Carolina.

The main base is supplemented by four satellite facilities: Camp Geiger, Stone Bay, Courthouse Bay, Camp Johnson, and the latest addition to the facility, the Greater Sandy Run Training Area. When added to the main base and MCAS Cherry Point, they make up the largest concentration of Marines and U.S. Navy sailors in the world.]

He has been in the Marine Corps for two years and wanted me to know about a startling aerial incident he watched back on Friday, May 21, 2008, and has not disclosed until now. In early May, 2008, I had reported in 050208 Earthfiles about a glowing, pearlescent sphere that “crashed” in Decatur, Alabama, the night of April 25, 2008. The 3-foot-diameter sphere, according to eyewitnesses, was retrieved by military in an ambulance driven to an unnamed installation in Huntsville, Alabama. The Camp Lejeune emailer later heard a rebroadcast of my news update about the Decatur incident on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory that reminded him of what he had encountered.

I have been in the Marine Corps for a couple of years, almost, and this incident occurred on Friday, 21 May, 2008, at or around 2000/8:00 PM. I don't believe in UFOs or that aliens would visit us, but I cannot come up with any explanation for what I saw. I heard an old Coast to Coast AM recording my friend passed on to me (I intend to listen to that show when I return from deployment to Iraq. I really like you and George, and I'm up late anyway) and you were talking about such things, and it seemed to click with what I saw, and I feel very uncomfortable about everything. I have never told anyone this, and I made this e-mail as a pretext for security's sake, and registered it, and am sending you this e-mail, from behind a proxy server that should give an ISP somewhere in Germany. I'm telling you this because I want you to know that I take this really seriously and I'm concerned about people knowing what I saw and . . .

It was a definite pair of AH-1W SuperCobras, and they looked like they were flying blacked out, like they do at night for training sometimes, but they were flying really, really close together and they couldn't have been more than thirty or forty feet above tree level, which is suicidal. I've never seen any helicopter drop below 100 feet, and they must have been going almost 200 miles an hour. I have never seen a helicopter go that fast. They whipped past me so fast I hardly had time to see anything.

but what struck me strangest of all was that they had a bright white light in between them, so that it almost looked like they had a spotlight strung on wire between them, but when they passed I saw that it was definitely was not a spotlight. It was a perfect sphere or orb, and it was very, very bright. I can't really describe it better than saying that it was a glowing ball of some kind, slightly in front of the engine, and maybe about level with the cockpits. It was the most amazing white color, and it didn't have any of the weird blue tinge that fluorescents give off, and it didn't have any trace of any other color to it.

I saw it move directly up and straight up maybe five hundred feet without stopping or slowing. One second, the glowing sphere was between the two Cobras; the next it was moving vertical with out any sort of turn, and it started making amazing, impossible 90-degree turns in the air, which is something I know no sort of aircraft can do at those speeds, which is beyond my ability to guess at, because of the range and the lack of any backdrop. It was just moving really, really fast and erratically. The two helicopters banked hard to the right and started to come around in a circular or oval shape, just like they do when they are going to start a gun run on a ground target, and I thought for a second it might be some sort of aerial target and that it, and maybe me, were about to get strafed or targeted with a missile.

But I don't think it was anything like that, because the glowing sphere made a sort of dart or jump at the first helicopter, which immediately popped flares and chaff and began diving and moving erratically, while the other helicopter lined straight up with it.

As I was getting into my car, the helicopters came back, and began to circle around my position, and I basically freaked out.

I turned my cars lights off and drove away as fast as I could, and it only took me a minute or two to realize that I was A) Making shit speed with my lights off and B) that it didn't matter, because Cobra gun ships have at thermals, or at least night vision. . . .

......I drove in the general direction of the highway, and put my car through the ditch between the highway and the forest. A lot of the backwoods trails have outlets to the highway, and I guess I was lucky to get there as fast as I did, which was exactly blind luck.

I did not stop driving south until I got to Newport, where I ditched my car in a parking lot. I didn't know if the helicopters were still following me, or if someone else was, because I'm sure the helicopters saw my cameras flash and they were circling my location instead of doing something else or heading back, and they couldn't have had much fuel left after going that fucking fast.

I left my car there for a while, and paid cash at a cheap diner where I could sit and watch my car. I continued south several hours later down towards Motorhead City and then back to Camp Lejeune.

I haven't told anyone what I saw, and I'm still not sure what it was. The only thing I understand is that I do not think its physically possible for something to move like the light ball did, and the pilots were definitely acting really strange. I don't think they normally train to drop flares and chaff, to avoid any sort of missile lock, because I think that's expensive, and I didn't even know that Marine Corps helicopters could carry sidewinder missiles until I saw them mounted on the Cobras.”
