This is when the 9th and 10th Amnedment states rights issues need to kick in. If the U.S. govt does not protect the border, the state should. Also any federal lawsuits for these issues under 9th and 10th amnedment should be thrown out.

Well, we know political correctness says that the American defending his land is in the wrong. Somebody sneaking into this country, and the criminal element that smuggles people, apparently have more rights than land owning law abiding citizens.

Umm, I think BPs Ramos and Compean would have to disagree with you.
Obviously they’re not suing, MALDEF is suing on their behalf. And I suspect that Peter Schey is somehow involved in this. MALDEF can brings millions of dollars worth of resources to this lawsuit to ruin the guy. And they will. For a real eye opener, look at how much government funding MALDEF receives.
The Southwest is lost. There won’t be 50 states in 25 years.
well, shiite happens sometimes xcamel. I only posted it in the first place because I saw it over on DU and I like to run some of their topics over here sometimes for educational purposes. It’s interesting to compare our opinions on matters such as this.
