You could go and have a bowl of oatmeal, with raisins, honey and cinnamon, and of course butter on it.

A good healthy midnight snack.

And a glass of water.

A variation I sometimes have for supper is a bowl of oatmeal with a large dollop of peanut butter, lightly salted. A real rib sticker.
