Ever notice when someone is let go they always say "we didn't have enough evidence to support a conviction"
It's never, we had the wrong person or he didn't do it.
Everyone they arrest is guilty, they just didn't have enough (read no) evidence.
Maybe thats the cure. A surge in “anonymous tips” involving local politicians and civil servants. Lets see how they like being on the receiving end......
