I don't know about Phyllis, but her 12 y.o. daughter and certainly the now dead family dog didn't do much of anything to deserve what happened

I'd guess the daughter alone will suffer PTSD and be worth about a miillion for emotional trauma, not to mention punitive damages for criminal negligence on the part of the pigs.

Which the taxpayers these cops are preying on will pay, while the thugs walk, free to shoot another dog another day. These criminals need to start being held personally responsible.

I'd love to be on that jury. A million sounds like a good start, but that would be for their dog. It is way past time to make an example out of one of these dog killing stories. One of these is too many and this is far from being the only one.

The daughter's trauma would be an on going rehab and, again making an example out of these idiots who abuse the public trust and their responsibility, a million is just getting started.

Dogs and 12 year old girls should NEVER have to go through this experience. The more I think about it, the more pissed off I get. To serve and protect, my ass. Burn every damn one of 'em and make it hurt. It needs to be personal, not just the department, but the individuals personally.
