Maybe there's something to this end of the world stuff? Tossing out old stuff and stocking up on new I discovered none of the new cans are dated after 12/12/12.

You might be on to something. I just checked my canned goods and most of them are dated 8/31/07. My gallon of milk is dated 1/26/09..........Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
