Nicely done, now lets see it be passed and emulated by the remainder of "free states"

I like this and would like to see many, if not all, of the states make the same declaration. However. . . what can happen here is that the Federal government might withhold goodies that have been accruing to the states. That might put the states in something of a financial bind.

So far, 8 states have adopted similar resolutions, some less strongly worded.
What is going on?

While I’m happy to see this, I dare the NH state legislature to pass it & think they can trump the feds over any issue. Self-government is non-existent in America now. Washington has been concentrating political power into its own hands @ the expense of the states, & even the states themselves have been a willing partner in this shameful transfer of power.
Good luck, New Hampshire....I would love for other states to join w/ you, but if that happens they will be few & far between.
