Okay, sports franchises and Hollywood television and movie producers are supplying the circuses; once Obama and the Democrats supply the bread, the rabble will be content.
There has to be some benefit from Americans watching two entities competing on a level playing field under pre-defined rules to see who is the best. Football is not a sport for liberals. Had the liberals created football, the more talented players would have to wear heavier pads and shoes to slow them down and “make it fair”. Instead, Americans saw pure competition.
