Seriously. I have things from them for five years that I've washed and they still look great. You will find no better cashmere than JCrew (I picked up a couple of pieces after the holidays on a huge sale), which is from Mongolia and spun at some of the best mills in Italy. As far as there other sweaters, they have the best blend that I've ever come across of wool, nylon and cashmere. Their shirts are very well made and very, very nice material. I have one that I've constantly washed for three years, and it's still almost like new. They also have the best summer wrap made of silk and cashmere.

I’m going to have to check it out (I have two kids in Christian school and am in the middle of an adoption, so I haven’t shopped in quite some time).

I’m sitting here in a pair of wool cuffed trousers from J Crew that I’ve had for at least eight years. I love them, and they look brand new. I like J Crew because I wear a size and have a 35 inseam, and that’s practically the only place I can find pants. Also they have really good sales.

What about Talbot’s? I love their fabrics and clothes. They wear forever with good care. How come Michelle can’t dress from Talbot’s, unless she thinks Talbot’s is too CONSERVATIVE.
