Shortly after Mrs Ginsberg attained her position she was diagnosed with colon cancer and was treated...personally I think she should have retired then...but no...I’m sorry to hear the cancer has moved into her pancreas. BUT, I still think she should have retired with the first bout of cancer.

I was thinking about that today. Some of the news breaks I heard on the radio seemed shocked that Mrs. Ginsberg had cancer.

I wonder where they were when she was first diagnosed with colon cancer - maybe still in diapers?

I never could understand why she didn’t resign from the Supreme Court once she became ill, and I, too, think she should have resigned when she was first diagnosed.

Yes, unless she has nothing else in her life an then I can understand why she didn’t. No excuses, just rambling thoughts on the stqate of one’s mind when faced with the situation. I think any Judge, Senator, or Congressman who is over 80 should step down. (((smile)))
