Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-Fla., has introduced to the House of Representatives a new bill, H.R. 645, calling for the secretary of homeland security to establish no fewer than six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations.
The proposed bill, which has received little mainstream media attention, appears designed to create the type of detention center that those concerned about use of the military in domestic affairs fear could be used as concentration camps for political dissidents, such as occurred in Nazi Germany.
Heed the warning of a former Hitler Youth who sees America on the same path as pre-Nazi Germany in "Defeating the Totalitarian Lie" from WND Books!
The bill also appears to expand the president's emergency power, much as the executive order signed by President Bush on May 9, 2007, that as WND reported gave the president the authority to declare an emergency and take over the direction of all federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments without even consulting Congress.
As WND also reported, DHS has awarded a $385 million contract to Houston-based KBR, Halliburton's former engineering and construction subsidiary, to build temporary detention centers on an "as-needed" basis in national emergency situations.

Oops, I mean H.R. 645.
Not to worry...the libtards will be the ones who are rounded up...once they don’t get their free pie, they are gonna be ticked!
> So, prisons on foreign soil with foreigners who are terrorists is bad, but jailing citizens on US soil is ok? Scary logic.
Maybe they’re being built to keep militant muslims in? (/naively-optimistic-grin!)
re that dingbat reference to Sarah Palin:
My husband - and I, for that matter - tote guns as appropriate, as as allowed by Alaska law. He can also field dress as moose like a pro - he has the experience. And he’s a Jew! So shut you mouf!
For the last 10 years photos of these camps have been all over th web. They are high-security, although nobody is contained there. Empty camps under high security.
We pay these people, why? Who owns the land? Who put up the fences? If the American people bought the land, pay the personnel, put up the fences, then we should be able to take them all down and fire whoever works there.
It has long been recognized for 10-15 years that these are camps for US dissidents who didn't want to play nice. Not Americans who joined the Moozie side and fought against us but those are real Americans who don't buy into the NWO.
This post will get pulled by the PC moderator...5-4-3-2-1...
What's next, the Amero?
The leftists want to kill all the “fundies” and “fascists” they can. They’re really a bloodthirsty bunch who pretend to be peaceful. They’ll kill everyone with whom they disagree as soon as they think they can get away with it.
IMO I think Biden’s prediction will hold true.
I think that the government is probably getting ready for that massive terrorist attack that we’ve been told is certain to come. If that happens, we’ll need some places to locate populations affected by a big attack.
There’s also the collapse of mexico to think of. We’ll have refugees up the ying yang.
I’m sure gun owners will be high on the list.
I’m telling you, they’re trying for the ULTIMATE CONTROL of citizens who don’t agree with them and show any dissent.
Little Hitlers in charge.
No, President Bush never had those kind of plans.
This is a completely liberal view...liberalism is the embryo of communism.

Here is the important part:
SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.
(a) In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations.
(b) Purpose of National Emergency Centers- The purpose of a national emergency center shall be to use existing infrastructure—
(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;
(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;
(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and
(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.
I would like them to describe “appropriate needs” in #4 for me.
Evidently I've done more reading than you. But the internet is still really really big. This isn't exactly America's Best Kept Secret.
my shotgun and I say there is a zero probability Ill be going to one.
Good luck on that one. You and a shotgun against the NWO. Consider what you paid for their fire power, and what you could afford for your personal fire power.
You said — “Im sure gun owners will be high on the list.”
Well, not unless they’ve been affected by the disaster that these camps are for. They are not law enforcement or military camps. They are for populations who have been displaced by disasters. If a gun owner has been displaced, then that person will be like the next person who was displaced...
You said — “Theres also the collapse of mexico to think of. Well have refugees up the ying yang.”
That’s true; it would create an even bigger influx to the U.S. However, I don’t think they would be put in the disaster camps, though. For one thing, that would take the camp away from the purpose for which it was designed. And secondly, those coming over would be illegal and we could ship them back just as easy as ship them to a camp... LOL...
100% with you on that. I think he already knew what it was. It just hasn't happened yet. It was already a shoe-in and Plugs wanted to act all smart about it, like the blaber mouths he and his ditsy wife are. That way when it happens he can say "I told you so!" which one ups him on his superior "The One" who never said "hey y'all watch this!".
The whole bunch are just slimey creeps.
Sure, and if you believe that, I've got some real estate you might like to buy.
