Oh, that sounds GOOD. I’m off to the grocery store. (Had to go anyway.) :)
We have some warm weather today for the first time in almost two months. I’m looking at 38 degrees and it feels like spring....almost.
Us, too! Nearly 30 degrees right now, going up to 35 today. Heat wave! :)

Some say that a cream allowed to mature, 48 hours, makes for a highly satisfactory result. Having missed the last train home, on more than one occasion, I can attest to the drinks drinkable qualities.
Do I understand the process? Is the cream allowed to age somewhat in a temperature zone unlike that found in a refrigerator?

Just because I can't do it doesn't mean others can't but after just one drink, my reading ability dramatically diminishes.
It all sounds so good. I’d love to try it.
