Darn .... I should have grabbed and posted the recipe.
We like mushrooms but Marissa doesn't eat them if she recognizes them.
She eats them in stews and spaghetti sauce. :)
I would love to have a good (and not so hard) recipe for stuffed mushrooms. I could probably find one if I just search the web.
