The doctor did it on my hubby and is going on that with my diagnosis too,since the symptoms are identical. I really didn't want to go to the office, because I am so weak today. I have already started on the antibiotics.
Apparently there are cases going around again.

Polly..I don’t remember chicken, pox, i don’t remember measles but I DO remember having Whooping cough when I was a child..My dad sat in a rocking chair at night holding me upright by a vaporixer rigged up from an old baby bottle warmer..so i would not choke to death..
I was confined to my yard all summer it seems to keep me from infecting other kids..
The neighbors on our block moved their sleeping quarters from the back to the front of their homes because they were kept awake by my whoops.(No A/C in thoses days)
