Ahhh, our list of Bachelor-watching grows. :)
Hi, Aqua!
Jaycee, I think the reason that the 'love' doesn't last is because of a little thing called "Real Life". They are in an environment full of nothing but romance and moonlight and roses and glamour, and then they return home and have to keep their relationship secret even from their families for a while, because of course they tape the show for weeks or months before the first installment is aired. They can't even tell their families when the final taping is done, until WE have seen it on TV.

Hi Billie. I agree with your comments, trying to fall in love with one woman after making out with so many of them even in front of the others is so contrived that it seems impossible for true love to develop. I almost felt sorry for him on one show where he spent the whole time kissing so many girls, he must have felt confused, it was so unnatural.

Yes, thats right! Like I said, thats why they call it a show!
Anyone could sorta fall in love in that beautiful place with surroundings of food, wine, candlelight. hot tubs, etc.etc. They sure have to do a lot of acting so we the public will be entertained...but its fun!

The show makes it all seem so romantic and beautiful, real life is a whole different thing.
How many couples have stayed together? The only one I can think of is Trista and the fireman from Colorado, can't think of his name - Ryan? I think they just had their second baby. They seem very happy together.
