I've been waiting for you to come to the thread and opine on the Bachelor, dita. I appreciate your take on things and am inclined to agree with you on most points.

OMGosh, do you think Molly would actually back out? That would be shocking.

You know, I kept thinking last night that it's not exactly a level playing field. Jason needs to be sure that the woman he chooses is completely in love with him. He doesn't want to send one home who is truly in love with him and end up proposing to one who isn't. I understand that, he can hardly propose and have his chosen say....."no....I don't think so". But the women don't get the same feedback from him as to his feelings for them. They either get a rose or they don't, but none of them get much of any indication about what he is feeling, as far as the viewers can tell, anyway.

Also, I've been thinking a lot about the "over-night" date and can't help but wonder what actually happens after the doors close. LOL. I told my husband, if I was one of those women and it came time for my "sleep over date", I would agree, of course, but as soon as that door closed I would tell him, if he thinks he can just hop out of those other two women's beds and expect he's going to hop into bed with me....he's crazy. I'd surely be the next one to not get a rose. I am not a prude, but that would be a huge turn off for me, knowing that he'd just come from an other woman's bed. Guess I wouldn't be a good candidate for a show like that. LOL.

Mama Bear, we really do think alike on some things!! And I’m sorry I can’t be here posting in a more timely manner. Yesterday was way busy:o)

The overnight date makes me queasy too. On the date with Molly, they showed the two of them sitting on the bed, then the shutters close. Geee...... I hope he’s a gentleman about it, but for example, he and Jillian drank QUITE A BIT of wine and she seemed ready to “go for it.” That may have explained why she cried for the first time once she was dumped.

I felt bad for her, because she really came alive in NZ, and loves the outdoors the same as he does. I almost felt like he would call her back as she rode away in the limo.

I don’t know why that thought about Molly popped in my head. I was trying to guess what the “shocker” will be.

It may be that he DOES choose Molly and then Melissa freaks out.

From where I was sitting, there was “mucho amor” in Melissa’s eyes. I’m sure he didn’t miss it. Also, imo, Molly has more of a stability factor than Melissa. So, it’s a very tough choice. I like both girls a lot!! I really do.

Melissa is very special. There’s an x-factor there I can’t put a word on, but I think she is a wonderful woman, just beginning to bloom. Is Jason the man who could value her in every way?

Molly also has an independent streak, and I think that appeals to Jason. Although he is affectionate and looking for true love, I think he respects a woman who stands on her own feet. Know what I mean?

And it’s tough that he can’t reveal his feelings. That’s part of the show, as I recall from Trista’s Bachelorette days when she was down to the final two. She kept saying, I can’t reveal my feelings, but I HAVE THEM. You have a point, maybe they do know more off-camera in this regard.

LOL! Well, DUH!!

Never in a million, ga-zillion years would I put myself through something like that. Do you suppose they just want the publicity - to be shown on television in front of millions of people every week? Is it a fame thing? YUK! No thank you!
