When my sinuses are pouring I plug my nose with bits of scrunched up tissue and refresh them when needed.

Kleenex has brought their lovely spring colors out, too, so you can coordinate.

LOL! And I say this as a fellow sinus sufferer, although lately I've been fine. Maybe it's all the wine I've been drinking.....
