Morning, Ditter! I have found the thistle seed at Ace Hardware and Wal-Mart. It would probably cost to much to order by mail. Good luck!

Hi ya’ll! Do you know if the thistle is not fresh the GF won't come to it? Check for freshness by putting a thistle on a piece of paper and cutting in half with your finger nail. I you see a small damp stain that is oil and the thistle is fresh. If you see nothing, it is last years crop and it will not attract the GF.
