Thought we all needed a little laughter in our lives this morning. I was like you, reading along thinking it was so sweet and then when I read the last, I got so tickled!

That is a beautiful yellow bird graphic, Polly! I love it!

What a pretty yellow bird, Polly, and apple blossoms? peach blossoms? some kind of fruit blossoms. :)

And beautiful red cardinals, Meg at #1044, yorkie at #1049, and Jaycee at #1053! So pretty - all of them!

And thank you for the compliments on yesterday's red-bellied woodpecker opening! I thought he was a beautiful thing, too!

That pretty yellow bird is a goldfinch. A big flock of them regularly hog the feeders. They are birds whose plummage dulls in winter and the yellow coming back in spring is a sign we look forward to.
