Come on. You know as well as I do that "living hell" is a figure of speech. I used this term because it is one of the most common descriptions given by those with akithisia. From a scientific perspective, there is no way to determine the relative comparison of existence in hell to the experience of akithisia. Hell is not an empirical datum--and according to many, doesn't exist at all. If you take the statement literally, you are missing the point.
