The actual claim is that the CBO report only covers the $325 billion allocated towards "rebuilding infrastructure." Apparently it doesn't even cover all of that as the total given is "$273,986 million.
Unfortunately the argument the Lefties are making is legitimate. The CBO did not do a complete analysis of the "stimulus package;" they only ran a computer model of the infrastructure portion and that using an out of date version of the plan...sucks, but true.

There is a meme that's developing on the left that this thing doesn't exist. You have to remember that The Left also believes that having a tax cheat as boss of the IRS is A-OK.
