Some info is available on the net about that particular aircraft, and yes, it is a shiite hot stealth vehicle. It is designed for surgical strikes, and that's it....most of its capabilities, of course are highly classified.

I’m probably wrong, but I do not think that one is being used in combat at this time....from what I hear and read that job is pretty much up to the Predator and the Global Hawk.
